Store owner replied: Hi Kim! Thanks so much for your feedback. Have you checked the Velcro to see if one side still has the fabric strip covering it? Once you remove that, the Velcro should close beautifully but if it doesn’t, let us know and we’ll replace your bear.

I ordered the blessings bear for my daughter in laws shower. It was perfect. Such a sweet idea. I recommend ordering the extra cloths if having more than 40 guests. I am glad i did. I also did the sign and silicone writing pad. The customer service i received from the graceful goose was above and beyond. I was cutting it close when i placed the order with just 4 weeks until shower. When i reached out and told them when it was, they did everything extra in their power to get it to me on time. They were also very responsive And I received very personal service. I highly recommend giving 4-6 weeks for delivery and I also highly recommend buying from this company.

Love the these Bears! I bought 2 for a duel baby shower I had. Both girls loved them. They loved reading the prayer messages from the guests. I did buy the sign which was very helpful. The bears are super soft!! I know my grandchildren will love them!

I would like my order to actually arrive… it’s been almost two months since I ordered the bear. Missed the baby shower, baby already arrived, and I’m about to miss taking my babies SECOND month old picture with the bear. This is extremely frustrating.

I ordered in July, no personalization, so should have arrived in July…late July/early August I sent an email and received a response from Michelle Heinsimer. Very polite and said someone would call me to ensure it arrived in time for shower. MIchelle then ghosted all future emails and the bear shipped USPS two days prior to shower and didn’t arrive till four days after shower. This was very disappointing when we had four generations of families here to sign the bear.
The bear was perfect. It is the perfect size and everyone at the baby shower loved it. Everyone enjoyed leaving a message for baby girl.

I like it since we received it. It looks very nice. I was disappointed with customer service with the generic replies to my emails when they would actually get answered. For a simple order that was supposed to only take 3-5 business days. Mine was 2 months.
It is perfect, very happy with the size and it’s is soft. We haven’t used it yet but this will be a great addition to the baby shower!

Ordered several weeks in advance but didn’t get in time for shower. I did finally receive after 3 1/2 weeks from the time I purchased. It was as described and I did like the bear. Just disappointed I didn’t get to use for shower.

We had to postpone the shower as the baby was born prematurely. Will be having it in the spring. The bear is very cute, my daughter will love it. It is a surprise.
Disappointed in how long it took to arrive. The Velcro closure does not really hold the opening closed.
The framed greeting sign is adorable. The bear is cute but the Velcro does not stay closed. This item took forever to be shipped. I had to send a few emails in order to get it moving. Luckily I ordered it a few months prior to the baby shower as it took almost a month to come.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Each bear includes (2) fabric squares and a pen (fits 15-20 notes total). If you expect to have a lot of Blessing messages, you can purchase extra fabric squares if you need them.
Each bear fits at least 2 squares. If you order more than that we'll also send you a nice little mesh bag to keep the extra Blessing messages in as a keepsake.
All of our bears have room for at least 3 of the fabric squares we sell (each bear includes 2 squares.) Each square holds about 10 notes depending on how much your guests write.
Ordering for a baby shower? Order at least 6 weeks before your event date.
Personalized bears take 3-5 weeks to make.
They are roughly 16” tall.
If you need to change the name after you receive your bear we have two options for you:
- Return the bear to us for a name replacement ($15 charge to cover shipping & heart swap)
- OR request a new heart to be shipped to you and swap the hearts yourself ($4 shipping charge only)
If you choose to swap the hearts yourself, we'll include instructions on how to do it safely. All you need is an iron and a needle with thread.
